In March of 2009, FEAST produced their first Celtic music and dance show,
in collaboration with the champion Irish dance troupe “STRICTLY IRISH”,
two rising ballet stars, and six guest musicians. The show was a huge
success, and sold out all four venues, performing for over 2000 enthusiastic
people of all ages. The show was filmed live by Rocky Mountain PBS at the prestigious
Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek, Colorado, and was aired in
March 2010. PBS execs plan on putting the show up for an Emmy! (This show
is available on DVD for purchase, click on “CDs & DVDs”) After this
phenomenally successful show, FEAST was instantly invited to perform
the following season at the Vilar.
Then, in March 2010, FEAST presented “Celtica Sinfonia II”, an all-new
show that was again a sensation, this time with the Mystic Force
champion Irish dancers from Galway, brilliant ballet dancers from the
State Street Ballet of Santa Barbara, and 12 guest musicians. Over
2500 people attended the four performances. This show was also filmed
by Rocky Mountain PBS; this time in high-def.... the plan is to submit it
for national airing! The CD and DVD will be available in the fall of 2010.
“Wow! What a show you put on! In the past 20 years, I’ve had the
privilege of seeing some world class dance & music performances
in this valley... I enjoyed last night the very most. I also took three
8-year old children (a boy and girls), they sat on the edge of their
seats with their mouths open with amazement. Thank you for bringing
this wonderful show to the Vail Valley.”

“HOLY COW!!!
That was a truly world class performance you put on at the Montrose
Pavilion yesterday. I've never seen a better show than the one you put
on yesterday. It was completely on a par with Le Miserables at the
Palace Theatre in London. Smaller cast, to be sure, but absolutely
impeccable quality of sound, dance, and performing skill. I am
overwhelmed. Thanks!”
